Dear Storey Creek Residents,

We’d like to inform you that beginning Wednesday, May 28th, 2025, the Sport Plex access system will be transitioned to Paxton, which is the same system currently used for entry into the Pool, Gym, and Clubhouse at the Amenities Center.

This change was previously approved by the Board, but we wanted to ensure all residents have the opportunity to register for Paxton access if they haven’t already.

Important Reminders:

• Only owners, approved tenants, and their guests are permitted to access the Sport Plex.

• If you are renting a home and your lease has recently renewed, please make sure your updated lease is on file with the management office. If we have not received the renewal, your access may be deactivated.

• You must have the Paxton app installed on your smartphone to access the Sport Plex. Without the app, you will not be able to enter.

• Residents are responsible for any guests they bring into the Sport Plex and must remain with their guests at all times.

• Letting in individuals who do not have valid access credentials will result in suspension of your amenity access privileges.

• Please remember this is a shared community space—treat one another with respect and help keep the area clean.

• Residents 16 years and older may use the Sport Plex independently. However, we ask that everyone respects the equipment and cleans up after themselves.

• If you notice suspicious activity, please contact Ramco Security at (407) 949-7369 between 11:00 AM and 11:00 PM, or local law enforcement outside of those hours.
